Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We completed part one of a two part activity on Thursday. We facilitated a very fun team competition to illustrate team work and how people can work to achieve the same goals in different ways. The day consisted of 7 different games in which 4 random teams competed in. Teams were able to win letters by winning the games and then at the end they were tasked with finding the words that their letters spelled.

Personnel Input:
Zoey and Freja planned and facilitated all of this activity and if time allows, they will also facilitate a debrief and talk about the two main goals of Betterme and Jijenge, looking at the similarities and differences of our collective missions and how we are going to achieve them on both a company and individual level.

Achievements:
We achieved many things during this activity. There was a lot of good competition, team spirit, and team work. The game also included a twist requiring all of the teams to work together at the end to spell out the phrase “You have to think outside the box”. Without too much prompting from the facilitators, all of the teams were able to find the correct answer.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The fact that everyone fully participated with a lot of engagement and enthusiasm was very exciting because they were relatively childish games that we played with adults.
