Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The lesson started with a warm-up game consisting of stretching. It continued with a life skills lesson on stress where the participants were taught the definition of stress and how to manage it. At the end we summarized what was learned today.

Personnel Input:
Better Me personnel planned and taught the lesson. They engaged with the kids by asking/answering questions.

Achievements:
The student achieved a better understanding of stress. Particularly how to handle it better by discussing the difference between coping and managing stress.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The children had many examples for stress and how to handle with it in mind.
