  • Track and analyze donor data; and

  • To be informed of Better Me e.V.’s mission, of the way it intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for its intended purposes.
  • To be informed of the identity of those serving on Better Me e.V. Board of Directors and to expect the Board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.
  • To have access to Better Me e.V. most recent financial statements.
  • To be assured their gifts will be used by Better Me e.V. for the purposes for which they were given.
  • To receive appropriate acknowledgement and recognition of all contributions to Better Me e.V..
  • To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law.
  • To be assured that their contact information will not be used if so chosen by the donor.
  • To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization or hired solicitors.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

OPTING OUT OF RECEIVING MESSAGES FROM BETTER ME e.V.

We will hold your personal information for as long as you continue to subscribe to our mailing list. Any e-mail we send you will enable you to opt out of receiving further e-mails from us. If you choose to unsubscribe from receiving further emails, we will immediately stop sending you any communications and we will remove your personal information from our system within six months.
