Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We divided the students into two groups so that each student could attend both the first aid lesson and outdoor activities. The first aid lesson focused on choking. We began by explaining the situations and defining the problem with images. Then, we conducted a practical exercise where each student had to participate in the choking maneuver.

The outdoor activity began with a warm-up, followed by dividing the students into two teams to play number football. After the first match of number football, the students played a match of regular football.
