Facilitators: Anna Maninetti, Thijs de Waard en Ruth Obilo
Number of Participants: 20

Activity Purpose/ Summary:
First, we started with a grammar exercise. Anna explained the comparative and the superlative to the class. After this, they started the exercise. When the students finished, they got a vocabulary exercise. The answers are taken home to correct them. The second part of the class was a spelling exercise taken in the form of a game. We prepared some difficult words, and the class was divided into two teams. Whenever someone got the word right, they got to choose a song to play. This served as great motivation! We did this until the end of the class.

Personnel Input:
The Better Me volunteers prepared the class and found the exercises, while Ruth led the class and explained the exercises and activities in the native tongue when needed.

Achievements:
We conducted a class that balanced serious discussion with engaging activities.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The effort the students put into the spelling exercise was impressive.
