Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The children were asked to describe the feelings they had at that moment and paint them with watercolor.
Personnel Input:
I planned the lesson and we brought the materials we needed. At the beginning, Diana and I collected the different emotions on the board together with the children and then discussed which colors they associate with these emotions. Diana and Spencer had to translate a lot for the children. After that the children drew their emotions on paper with the watercolors. When they were finished, they explained their pictures and emotions to us.
Achievements:
Most of the children were able to talk about their emotions well.
Unanticipated Achievements:
The children understood and implemented the task well.
