Activity Purpose/ Summary:
There were two focuses of this session. There was a YUMP talk given about Academic success and O.K.R.s in HighSchool. There was also a survey conducted with 20 girls about menstrual hygiene.
Personnel Input:
Zoey and Kelvin both addressed the large group, giving talks on personal high school success and how to set goals using O.K.Rs. Diana, Ruth, and Yoda facilitated the execution of the menstrual hygiene survey.
Achievements:
We were able to get all of the surveys done that we needed. We were also able to hold a group of 600 students relatively engaged in both Zoey and Kelvins talks.
Unanticipated Achievements:
A positive surprise was despite the extremely large group we were able to successfully talk about what we came to talk about with significant participation.
