Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The purpose of the art class was centered on exploring the works of Magritte. The activity aimed to introduce children to the world of art, nurturing their creativity and imagination. Moreover, the activity sought to develop children’s drawing skills, encouraging them to express themselves artistically with confidence.

Personnel Input:
Throughout the session, the facilitators provided continuous guidance, support, and feedback, fostering a nurturing environment where each child felt valued and empowered to express themselves creatively. The interactions with kids were marked with patience and flexibility, celebrating their progress and individual artistic expressions.

Achievements:
– There were notable improvements in drawing skills and techniques among the participants.
– Similarly, there was an increase in confidence levels and self-esteem in the kids as they showcased their artwork.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The children enjoyed the cross-cultural learning experience with kids from French schools. In addition to this, they also appreciated cultural heritage and artistic diversity through learning about Magritte’s work.
