Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We had a life skills lesson with all the kids combined. The topic of discussion was mindset. Before we introduced it, we reviewed what we had learned the previous Wednesday, as it had some correlation with what we wanted to discuss that day. After the review, we introduced mindset and explained the meaning of the term from different perspectives. We then introduced the five different levels of mindset, vividly describing and discussing each level from level five to level one. We gave the students time to discuss where they belonged in the five levels, and then talked about how one can improve from one level to another before ending the session.

Personnel Input:
We organized the class, introduced the topic of discussion after reviewing the last topic, and then started the lesson with the kids. We then split the kids into groups to discuss where each of them was falling according to the five levels we had discussed. We then had time to discuss with them how one could improve from one level to another.

Achievements:
We successfully delivered the mindset education lesson to the children, and they were able to understand the content easily, much more smoothly than we initially anticipated.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The kids were able to identify and vividly describe various characters, each displaying different mindsets, without our help. This was quite amazing, as it showed that they were already grasping the concepts we were teaching them.
