Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We had the opportunity to do a joint team-building workshop lead by Zoey, Katrin, and Freja with our partners at Homeless of Kisumu. The day was filled with many laughs during all the fun games and there was a lot of competitive spirit that really ensured a strong team building. We ended the day with an amazing football match and the Better Me team won!! 🥅💛🤩
Personnel Input:
We collaborated on the preparation of the team-building afternoon session with the HoK team. The team led us through a series of mind-provoking games that inspired creativity, problem solving and team work. We then took to the field for our Sports for Wellness session where we had a friendly 7-aside football match.
Achievements:
It is really important to interact in a team to find the best solutions and answers.
Unanticipated Achievements:
Feedback from HoK: Our gratitude goes to Better Me for facilitating this memorable team building experience. We look forward to a more deepened partnership with our long-time partner Better Me.
