Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We had an impromptu invitation to discuss with the school on how and when we could conduct a team building for the teachers. The co-director visited our office and was interested and keen on what we are doing as an organization. He developed an interest in how we could partner with his institution and conduct some sessions with the students. This would only happen upon a visit and sharing with the school management.
Personnel Input:
We organized a small session, a round table with the teachers on teamwork. We played some games together to demonstrate the sense of teamwork.
Achievements:
We were granted an opportunity to send our volunteers to the institution, providing us with a chance to teach the German language as well. Currently, they offer a French class.
Unanticipated Achievements:
We didn’t expect to find something for the kids that was also very interesting. They thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor activities.
