Personnel Input:
The Facilitator first introduced the word “Responsibility”
Responsibility means a state of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over something, or being accountable of one’s actions and decisions.
-These are the questions addressed during the session.
1. Would you say you are responsible and why?
2. How do we take responsibilities at home, school, Remand home and in the society at large.
3. Do you face any fear with taking responsibilities?
4. How did you address these fears?

These questions were discussed in-depth with proper guidance from the facilitator. It was amazing how the teenagers opened up on their life style which made the class to be very interactive.
