Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The Partners Strategy Meeting served as a collaborative platform for all partners working with the Kisumu Children Remand Home. The primary objective was to submit progress reports, share updates on ongoing activities, and outline future initiatives. Partners took the opportunity to communicate their engagement both within the Remand Home and at the community level. This strategic gathering aimed to foster coordination, enhance communication, and ensure a unified approach in providing support and care to the children in need. The meeting emphasized transparency, collective impact, and the continuous commitment of partners to the well-being and development of the children under their care.
Personnel Input:
Samambo being the chairperson of the partners forum chaired the meeting, while Kelvin presented the Better Me progress report via a PowerPoint presentation.

During the Partners Strategy Meeting, a significant achievement was attained through the clear and comprehensive highlighting of all activities conducted both within and beyond the walls of the Kisumu Children Remand Home. This transparent presentation was crucial in preventing potential misunderstandings with other organizations regarding the scope and nature of our initiatives.
