The purpose of the event was to provide relief to individuals displaced by floods in Kisumu County. Better Me, in collaboration with partners such as the Chandaria Foundation and United Millers, aimed to distribute essential food items to those affected, thereby alleviating their immediate needs during this challenging time.

Personnel Input:
The Better Me Team mobilized the community in the internally displaced persons camp, coordinated logistics to ensure food reached those who were most in need, and facilitated the distribution process.

Achievements:
Essential food items were successfully distributed to individuals displaced by floods, reaching those in need. Better Me team members played a key role in mobilizing the community and ensuring the smooth execution of the relief efforts.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The involvement of the Kisumu County Governor facilitated logistics, highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships in disaster relief.
