The purpose of the exercise was to assess and improve the spelling skills of kids through a dictation exercise, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students to enhance their spelling competencies.

Personnel Input:
We grouped the kids based on their level of understanding and designed an appropriate structure of exercises for both. Overseeing this dictation exercise, it was insightful to witness the varying levels of understanding among the two groups. Observing the kids with higher comprehension excel in their spelling abilities, while noticing the challenges faced by those with lower understanding, was both illuminating and thought-provoking.
