Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The purpose of discussing the OKR ( Objectives. Key results ) framework with high school students was to give them practical tools for achieving academic success. By teaching them how to set clear goals and track their progress, we aim to empower them to take control of their learning journey. This approach helps students improve their grades, stay motivated, and develop habits for lifelong learning. Ultimately, the goal is to set them up for success in school and beyond, building confidence and resilience along the way.

Personnel Input:
-The team lead ( Kelvin) briefly introduced the organization and why they are passionate about its mission. In this case what it means to make a difference in the community.
-After introducing the organization, Zoey shared her personal testimony about how she managed her high school life in the USA using the OKR framework. She also talked about specific goals she set, challenges she faced, and how the OKR framework helped her stay focused and motivated.
-Each team member thereafter gave a talk on OKR and also shared their personal insights and experiences with using the framework.

Achievements:
-Students gained a better understanding of the OKR framework and its application in setting academic goals.
-The talk empowered students with practical tools and strategies to take control of their academic success.
-Students learnt how to set clear, specific, and measurable academic objectives using the OKR framework.
-By understanding how to track their progress effectively, students felt more motivated to work towards their academic goals.

Unanticipated Achievements:
-The talk may have inspired students to think more critically about their academic goals and take ownership of their learning journey.
