Activity Purpose/ Summary:
It was a great opportunity to introduce yoga for everyone who have never done yoga before.

Personnel Input:
For the 2 hours class, we spend 15 mins for warming up by practicing breathing and some simple stretch. One hour for practicing basic yoga and another 45 mins for yin yoga which you can stretch more and relax.

Achievements:
Begging of the class most of members felt embarrassed of some poses, so started laughing in the class. Gradually everyone became more and more attentive.

Unanticipated Achievements:
Letting everyone knowing about yoga and knowing there is a new option for you to stay healthy.
