Personnel Input:
The session was led by Anan from Jijenge. It began with a definition of self-stigma, exploring the understanding of the expression and gaining insights into the various forms of self-stigmatization. Participants shared their personal experiences and thoughts on the topic, creating a very intimate and caring atmosphere during the session. Together, we discovered the Self-Care-Wheel and exchanged strategies for different categories of self-care, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and professional self-care.
