Activity Purpose/ Summary:
While purposing to bring to light an awareness of self for the children, it is important to use the known to explain the unknown, in this case the known being things in nature to tackle the concept of self identity.

Personnel Input:
The Better Me personnel allowed the kids to think about an animal that resembles them in terms of character and the fun part was to be able to draw this animal while letting us know how they are similar to them in terms of character.

We were able to define self identity, the things that distinguish us from each other that we could use identify each other and had fun making art while at it.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The kids in grade 4 and 5 have a great artistic eye compared to the 7th and 8th graders.
