Activity Purpose/ Summary:
After being welcomed by the school administration, we had our first session as a panel discussion. This was led by Laura and Jule. They explained the difference in education systems between Kenya and Germany, as well as the global challenges students face regardless of their country of origin.

After a tea break, we moved on to the second session, where we engaged in a speed dating activity with students and teachers. The session then focused on the topic of discipline, discussing its meaning, purpose, and goals. The students later formed 8 different groups to have group discussions on the topic.

Then we took a lunch break and reconvened for group presentations on the topics we had discussed earlier. To end the session, we had an ice-breaking activity and a vote of thanks from the school.

Personnel Input:
We organized and facilitated the sessions.

Achievements:
The students, with their own examples, made a positive presentation on the topic we discussed. They requested that we come again, but not just for a day.

Unanticipated Achievements:
Thomas had a different counseling session with staff members, which went perfectly well.
