Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The purpose of this case conference was to gather all the partnering organisations that work with the Remand Home to discuss past, current and future cases that are being handled.

Our social work team participated in the round table.
Achievements:
– Gain clarity on our cases
– Input from others on how to best approach the case going forward
Unanticipated Achievements:
– Very helpful advice for both of our current cases
– Collective discussion and conversation has allowed us to see certain trends that occur with the children, and strategies on how to best approach them in the future and now.
