Activity Purpose/ Summary:
Life Skills class: first-aid class about injury and infection. With images and drawings, we explained the different layers of the skin, how to clean a superficial and deep wound, and the different steps to make sure the injury is healing.

Outdoor activity: With the older boys, we played a 7 vs. 7 football match. With the younger boys and girls, we started off with a game of tag before starting the 7 vs 7 football match.

Personnel Input:
Life Skill Class: coordinated to ensure safety and participation.

Team Building Exercise: organized the exercise, guided the group, and encouraged teamwork and communication.

Presentation: reviewed the content, checked for errors, and practiced delivery for a polished and professional presentation.

Outdoor Activity: Facilitated and supervised the activity,

Achievements:
We taught the students what to do when they injure themselves. This would be a valuable skill for them, but also for others. We combined learning activities with physical activity, so the students had time to focus and also time to release some stress.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The students paid attention throughout the first-aid class and gave us positive feedback. The majority found the class useful.
