Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The activity was talent-based. This was to help the students in their talent search. There was a variety of talents such as dancing, rapping, singing, news broadcasts, traditional dances, and eating competitions. It’s true, and very true, that education is the key to success, but not all students are perfect in it. Some of these children have good talents that are meant to take them way farther than we can imagine.
Personnel Input:
The Better Me team joined the teachers in encouraging the students to keep up with their good work both in class and outside.
Achievements:
The students performed exceptionally well during the talent search, clearly showcasing their diverse talents.
Unanticipated Achievements:
Sincerely speaking, a good number of the attendees did not expect such stunning performances from the kids. Everything they displayed was excellent.
Supporting Partners:
Kudho Secondary, Jijenge Youth Organization, Blue cross, The Kisumu Department of Gender and Sports, SHOFKO, Ndoto Yangu.
