Activity Purpose/ Summary:
A mental talk session was conducted at the remand children’s home, focusing on mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and the importance of mental health for youths. The program was organized by Sapphire and brought together participants from different organizations. The session also featured a mix of dance, games, and meaningful discussions to make the engagement more interactive and encourage participation.

Personnel Input:
Better Me participated in the Mental Talk session by sending representatives who attended, engaged in discussions, and supported the smooth running of the event through active participation and collaboration with other organizations.

Achievements:
We gained awareness of mental health, emotional well-being, and the importance of expressing emotions. We also participated actively in discussions and interactive activities.

Unanticipated Achievements:
There was high energy and active participation from attendees, with an openness to sharing experiences. The addition of dance and games boosted engagement even more than expected.
