Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The quarterly meeting was held to track the progress of activities carried out by the different partners at the Remand Home.
Personnel Input:
Better Me personnel actively participated in the review session by presenting our quarterly progress report on youth engagement and support programs. We shared data on our direct interventions, facilitated discussions to bridge communication gaps between partners, and co-led a brainstorming session for upcoming joint initiatives at the Remand Home.
Achievements:
Successfully aligned quarterly goals across four partner organizations. We set up a unified timeline for upcoming interventions and finalized a shared resource pool to provide more consistent support for residents at the Remand Home.
Unanticipated Achievements:
The partner organization offered to contribute to the upcoming staff wellness initiative, which was outside the original meeting agenda but will greatly enhance our project scope.
