* Importance of Personal Hygiene
* Prevention of illness: Regular hand washing and bathing can significantly reduce the spread of diseases, such as cholera and bilharzia.
* Mental well-being: A clean environment and personal care can positively impact mental health, promoting feelings of well-being.
* Social acceptance and relationships: Cleanliness is often linked to social norms; good hygiene can improve self-esteem and relationships.
* Confidence: Maintaining personal hygiene helps boost an individual’s confidence, making them more comfortable.
* Productivity: Good hygiene can improve focus and energy levels, contributing to better performance in daily tasks.

Achievements:
They successfully demonstrated all twelve steps of handwashing.

Unanticipated Achievements:
The learners were very keen and eager to answer questions. They were also able to demonstrate all twelve steps of hand washing.
