Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The purpose of this activity was to kick off the new year at St. Williams School and plan ahead. One main goal was to find out what students enjoyed most or missed during the last school year. Another goal was to determine what was helpful and what wasn’t. In the long run, we aimed to build a roadmap for upcoming activities that future volunteers can use for planning. Since current volunteers may not meet their successors in person for a handover, having a schedule or overview will be helpful to keep track of activities that have been completed or are planned.

Personnel Input:
Volunteers reviewed previous activity reports to gain insight into recent accomplishments.

Achievements:
I’ve gathered enough information to put together a roadmap for the upcoming weeks and months.

Unanticipated Achievements:
Students at St. Williams School seemed a bit shy, even though it was mentioned several times that participating would be beneficial for them. After a few attempts, offering some suggestions proved helpful. Later on, students began coming up with their own ideas.
