Activity Purpose/ Summary:
Through our life skills sessions, we engaged learners from three different institutions, creating a space for meaningful interaction and guiding them toward a deeper understanding of what life skills truly mean in everyday life.

Personnel Input:
The session focused on a key reality: challenges are a part of life. What matters most is not just the challenges we face, but our mental preparedness and our ability to respond when those moments come. Using football as a learning tool, we reflected on a simple yet powerful principle—the most important thing to do before receiving the ball is to scan the field. Just like in football, life requires us to stay aware, think ahead, recognize pressure, identify opportunities, and prepare for our next move before the challenge reaches us. Through sports and open dialogue, learners actively participated, reflected, and connected these lessons to their personal growth, decision-making, and everyday experiences.

Offering academic support to St. Williams and Korando.

Their understanding and active participation during the sessions have been excellent.
