Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We introduced life skills at the school through a variety of physical activities that highlighted the importance of communication, teamwork, building relationships, and listening skills.

Personnel Input:
Better Me personnel facilitated the entire session, guiding students through structured physical games and interactive team-building exercises. Our team introduced each activity, explained how it connected to core life skills like communication, teamwork, listening, and building relationships, managed student groups to encourage full participation, and led reflection discussions after each game to reinforce the day’s lessons.

Achievements:
Successfully delivered an engaging life skills session to students, introducing practical applications of teamwork and active listening. Students participated enthusiastically in the physical challenges, showed noticeable improvement in peer cooperation by the end of the session, and clearly articulated key takeaways during the final debrief.

Unanticipated Achievements:
We were highly impressed by how quickly some of the more reserved students stepped up and took on leadership roles during the teamwork challenges. The school’s teaching staff was also enthusiastic, with several teachers observing and expressing strong interest in incorporating similar activity-based learning methods into their regular classes.
