Activity Purpose/ Summary:
This meeting gave the Remand Home and its partners a chance to review the past quarter by reflecting on progress, celebrating successes, discussing challenges, and outlining next steps for the upcoming quarter.
Personnel Input:
Samambo, as the Chairperson of the forum, led the meeting while Ruth presented our quarterly update, covering all activities completed, successes, challenges, and next steps.
Achievements:
The meeting was a success, having met the required quorum. As an organization reflecting on our engagements last quarter, we noticed significant progress and achievements in our literacy programs and life skills initiatives.
Unanticipated Achievements:
Presenting testimonials from the children made us realize just how impactful our activities have been in their lives.
