Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The second week of facilitator training at Jijenge Youth Organization welcomed participants from various organizations interested in volunteer facilitation. This collaborative approach enriched discussions on effective facilitation and community engagement. We used “Mind Mapping” as a training tool to help organize and structure training content, brainstorm, and simplify concepts.

Achievements:
A number of grassroots organizations are interested in having us help train their facilitators.
