The Hot Seat session proved to be an effective method for developing communication, confidence, and problem-solving skills among participants. With minor adjustments, it can serve as an impactful tool for both personal and team development in future sessions.

Participants were briefed on the session rules, which emphasized respecting others’ opinions, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring everyone gets a turn without interruptions.
