Activity Purpose/ Summary:
We have been conducting group dialogue in our Thursday sessions on mental health and wellbeing. Over the last few weeks, we have organized physical activities, such as playing football together. Last Thursday, we had an eco-therapy session that involved walking through nature and relaxing at the waterfall to boost our mental wellbeing.

Personnel Input:
Organized and led the entire session.

Achievements:
It was a very soothing journey that led us down to the river, where we relaxed our minds with the cool breeze from the waterfall. Time passed so quickly, and no one wanted to leave because of the beautiful scene we were experiencing. Just being in the present was the mood of the moment.
