Activity Purpose/ Summary:
The session introduced students to Van Gogh’s renowned painting, Blue Irises, with the goal of exploring color, technique, and emotional expression through art.

Personnel Input:
The facilitator shared a brief background on Van Gogh’s life and artistic inspiration, then guided the children as they created their own interpretations of the piece, encouraging them to explore shades of blue and use expressive brush strokes.

Achievements:
Every child completed a unique artwork inspired by Blue Irises, showing genuine enthusiasm for exploring different tones and embracing creative freedom. The atmosphere in class was calm and reflective, providing space for meaningful emotional connection.

Unanticipated Achievements:
Unexpected outcomes included children expressing their feelings while painting, naturally linking art and emotional expression. One child even went beyond the given theme, adding extra elements to their piece—an impressive display of creative thinking.
